Volunteering at Piccadilly

We recognise and appreciate the significant contribution of volunteers to Piccadilly Garden, Volunteers play an important role within the service, enabling people with disabilities to learn new skills, to do things for themselves, enhancing their quality of life and complementing the work done by staff.
The Process
- Meet us and have a look around,
- Complete an Application Pack and CRB form, we can help with all aspects of this, for more information visit: www.crb.gov.uk
- We then send for References
- Training will be provided if needed.
People who get involved in Voluntary work find that it can make you feel good about yourself and learn new skills, as well as helping others to have fun.
Volunteers are needed throughout Piccadilly Garden

How can we help you?
- Volunteers are offered travelling expenses and appropriate training,
- The Volunteers Co-ordinator provides continuing support for all volunteers, ensuring that volunteering remains a rewarding and enjoyable experience,
- Piccadilly Garden provides supervision and guidance for each volunteer. No previous experience is necessary, just a keen interest!,
- Volunteering is the ideal opportunity to gain useful work experience in your field of interest, whether horticulture or social care.
